    Default a few submods

I've had to re-install SS6.4 as I've had a couple of problems but i was wondering if anyone could point me towards these mods:

Something that increases turns per year.

Some sort of next heir thing

and maybe some re-skins or texture packs.

I've had a look myself. but i seem to hit dead ends or my game just crashes.

(I just tried MSC, but the battle crashed and I couldnt fight)

    Any help is welcome, thanks.

Same here I've just installed SS 6.4 after being a long-term exclusive Deus lo Vult player and I would love to know what are the best sub-mods to installer over 6.4 for the best game possible?

Your saying that we can't have both Deus lo Vult and Stainless Steel?

Was it a submod that added anything other than just years?

Depends, there are a LOT of those for 6.4.

12 turns per year submod(a bit overkill if you ask me, but you probably can get some pretty good generals) http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=449442

I can understand 4 years per turn being that there are 4 seasons but 12 turns per year? Somehow I don't feel that's very realistic, being that you could probably march your troops across europe and they would still have the same upkeep costs for an entire year. There's so many things one has to take into consideration, one of them being how far your troops could move, how much upkeep they would cost, how much you would make from farms, trade, etc. I think 2 turns would be more than fair.

BGR V is 12 turns per year and I am not aware of any others with that time at present. There are too many details to go over but just think that it is the 5th generation of BGR and alot of those details you mentioned are accounted for. There is HURB, SSMAP, Battle for the Baltic, AllTowns, which make more major changes and then many small mods focusing on a specific faction or type of change. You'll have to read in the submod forums to figure out what you are looking for as 'best' campaign is rather subjective. A short list relative to base SS-

BGR IV and V - roleplay and economy are the major noticeable changes.
HURB- recruitment, new factions, improved rosters, map, and economy are changed.
SSMAP- map, economy, new factions, and some small roster changes.
BftB- map, new rosters, 1 new faction, are major changes.
AllTowns- recruitment, rosters and small economy changes.

Here's a 2 turns per year mod that seems to have everything in order, it was made for SS 6.2 but I think it should be compatible with the others.
