Pretty sure you need an ign account if you want to play online now.

im resurrecting this thread just out of curiosity would anyone like to try out some online battles sometime? Ive had a few battles online before and reckon we should try and play it multiplayer more often

(if we can get it to work that is, me and lortano keep having NAT issues) It would be great if we could get lots of people on at the same time my gamespy ID is Archpopsy if anyone would like to know

I'm assuming you have Hamachi installed.
This is for Windows 7 by the way.
Go to your internet indicator thing, which is either a white cable making a circuit or the wireless symbol. Right-click it and choose "Open network and sharing center."
Click on the bit that says "Connections: [Symbol I can't show here] Hamachi" and click on it, this opens a window with a button that says disable. Click that and it should work.

I have never played HTW online before my self. So with your experience could you give a hand?

I would, but unfortunately the Launcher Loop bug (where the game's launcher perpetually reopens itself every time a mod/version is launched) has reared its ugly head. In the event i get the game working again i'll start looking into multiplayer.
