About education.
I have noticed that some generals have the "Military Minded" or "Administrative Minded"(Sorry if i have mispelled it)
When i was researching about that, i found out that the Administrative kind of general can learn from a school or university(eww, he will have a bad time)
My questions are:
How many turns do i have to be waiting for the administrative guy to learn something?
About the military kind of general, how do they learn?
Thanks for your time!

Re: About education.
It takes four turns for a character to complete their administrative education. Military Minded characters learn from being in cities with barracks, military academies, and from fighting battles.

They will tell you all you need to know, much more than this post.
It usually takes much longer than 4 turns to complete any education. The higher the level of education buildings (schools/universities first, libraries are supplemental), the higher chance they'll advance character's administrative education (basic school gives only lvl 1 education, but school+library and higher gives all levels).
Military education is indeed gained by fighting battles, unless the odds are too much in your favor. However barracks or city has no effect on it, unless you finish high-level barracks (better than "city watch") as a governor of one. You need to be in a castle-type settlement, the bigger the better.
You also gain secondary skills like command, drinking, girls while being educated.
