Disabling Town Square Countdown timer

I noticed it in Cal of Warhammer and i hadn't realised it was possible and i'd like to do the same thing for TATW and i'm just wondering what files i'd need to edit.

When I delete it the timer still shows up. How do you get rid of that?

Deleting the whole section will most likely revert to default settings, hence why the timer still shows up. I don't have the CoW files, maybe smoesville can shed light on it what numbers\entries have been used.
