Unique Faction Leader Models
One feature I have greatly enjoyed the last few titles is faction leaders who have unique models on both the campaign and battle map. This feature is badass and I hope CA makes this a feature in Rome II with all the warrior Kings and faction leaders we see on the battlefield during this period. It would also be neat to have a few unique historical characters like Julius Caesar, Hannibal, Pyrrhus, Pompey, Agron, Vercingetorix, etc have their own unique appearance as well.
For Rome you could have a unique model for the Emperor (if your an empire) or you would have 2 unique models for the Roman Consuls if your are a republic. The other factions would have unique King models for their faction leader's model.
That said CA could do some really cool stuff with the faction leaders and also make the faction leaders bodyguard unit look different in appearance to a regular general's bodyguard. I would think an Emperor and his bodyguard unit should look more regal then the other bodyguard units and the same should go for the king's bodyguard units of the other factions. The regular generals can be handled like they did in Shogun 2 were there would be a pool of random models to avoid the clone generals of the past.

Re: Unique Faction Leaders and Characters
I think some special attention to come to historical figures, like if you start off the campaign the same time that Julius Caesar was imperator, then Julius Caesar is the faction leader, and one of the generals is Octavian, who you may, or may not, adopt as heir.

Re: Unique Faction Leader Models
I definitely want to see an Emperor that looks like an Emperor and not just a regular general. Some of the Eastern Kings could look pretty awesome as well, it will be interesting to see what CA has planned.
