Unspecified Error CTD at turn 51->52 with Kievan Rus

Hey all. I've just encountered a nasty CtD that's spoiling an awesome game I had going as Kievan Rus and I'm not quite sure what to do. It happens as I'm just about to start my moves for turn 52. I'm playing via Steam, Early Era, 6.4, Windows 7. I've attached a zip file with the log and save file. Any help is very much appreciated!

If use any submods or any other unofficial mods ..... uninstall them and try again....!!!!

Only submods I have enabled are permanent arrows and Savage AI, which I enabled when I first installed SS. Do those cause problems?

No the original SS submods...dont cause such problems...as I know...
Since you use Windows 7 ....when you installed SS did you disable your UAC?

I did not disable it. I will try reinstalling with it disabled!

After playing around with stuff more, it turns out I just massively messed up when I was installing the mod in the first place. I've fixed it now. Thanks for the replies!
