Changing names of factions?

Pretty sure it's possible but no idea how, and it's not game-changing in any way- but how do I rename a faction?

Gonna take this mod up yet again to play the Turks for the first time, and I'd rather they be named The Ottoman Empire than Seljuk Sultanate.

Change that to change the faction name. Then you'll probably want to change stuff like this as well.

{EMT_TURKS_CAPITAL}Seljuk Capital
{EMT_TURKS_CASTLE}Seljuk Castle

{EMT_TURKS_DIPLOMAT}Seljuk Diplomat

Just look through the file and change all the Seljuk names to Ottoman.
