Default Hi, some simple questions on Armenia

Hello, I'm trying to do a submod (for SS) that introduces new faction and units, I have already made quite a lot of progress and replaced a lot of the horrific old vanilla models with the much better BC models. I'm now up to Armenia and I have a few questions.

(I'm somewhat of a history wonk so I do like to make sure anything I put in can be realistically explained and understood from a historical level)

    A. Sahmnapah ... what does this mean anyway? I've been able to google or wiki up the meaning of most other terms but this is the one that I can't find anything on, are they suppose to be professional border guards? noble's retinue? all of the above?

    B. Vishap : I know the word means Dragon but was this really used as a military term in Cilicia Armenia or Greater Armenia?

    C. Didebulus : how are they different from Azats? Azat seem to have been a pretty wide covering term for the whole nobility class and most usually referred to the lower onces, Didebulus seem to be referring to a lower class of nobles as well... are they really just the same thing?

    Help would be greatly appreciated!
1180, an unprecedented period of peace and prosperity in East Asia, it's technology and wealth is the envy of the world. But soon conflict will engulf the entire region with great consequences and lasting effects for centuries to come, not just for this region, but the entire known world, when one man, one people, unites.....

    A. "Sahman" means border. Sahmanapah means "border guards." That's all I got for that one.

    B. I'm not really a Medievalist so I'm not sure. I believe early on in BC's development someone presented that unit. I can't say one way or the other.

    C. They were present in Chivalry Total War (mod for Rome) in Armenia's roster as well. Not sure about them. Azats did refer to the lower nobility until the kingdom changed their names to more European ones.

You might want to check out these primary sources from Cilicia for some history help.
