hello people of the forum. I need help. my computer plays random audio when there are no applications running. HELP!
"no application running" is a vague term.
Open the task manager, go to "Processes" tab and see if there are anything you don't know. Following are common system processes which you may safely ignore:
- conhost
- csrss
- dwm
- explorer
- lsass
- lsm
- services
- smss
- spoolsv
- svchost
- System
- System Idle Process
- taskhost
- taskmgr
- wininit
- winlogon
the processes i have running are:
ccsvchst.exe
csrss.exe
dwm.exe
explorer.exe
flashutil32_11_3_300_265_ActiveX
hkcmd.exe
hotkeyutility
iexplore.exe
iexplore.exe
igfxpers.exe
igfxtray.exe
jusched.exe *32
RAVCpl64.exe
Steam.exe *32
taskhost.exe
taskmgr.exe
winlogon.exe
im not good with this tech stuff so im not sure what is unusual
You have IEs open, maybe the audio comes from some flash on web-pages?
no the only pages ih ave open are these forums wich arent making sound and youtube wich doesnt play the audio on ads unless you click on the ad's mute button
I get it a lot with WoT ads on this site, where reloading a page and I get extraneous audio that I don't want to hear.

Something like this can also be due to trojans. Boot your PC in safe mode and then scan it using an anti-spyware program like malware bytes, MSE, norton etc. And clear those things. After that just to make sure, clean your registry using CCleaner and then reboot again and see if the problem still persists.![]()

No problem and if you live in US then you can buy from a site like newegg, with 900$ you can assemble a pretty decent rig imo. Edit the thread title of your thread and put in the new subject now or just create a new thread so that people can help you out on it.
Good Luck!.![]()
