Default Odd Program That Adds Bloom Effect Removal?

Hello. I am an avid user of mods, mostly total conversions. I have things like RSII, EB, Res Gestae, Rise of Persia, etc.; most of the major total conversions.

So, one of them must have some sort of feature that adds a bloom effect to the game. I am placing my money on RSII, since it has a bloom option, and this is affecting a few of my other mods and also vanilla.

Whenever I launch vanilla, for example, instead of seeing the first screen that you would normally see (the one with the credits and copyright stuff) I see a black screen with green writing at the top. The writing says something about Boris Vorontsov (sp?) and GTA Vice City.

Well, I don't want the bloom effects. So, I went into the RTW folder and found a file called ENBSeries.ini, which I am fairly sure creates the blooming option. I deleted this, and believed my problem was solved. It wasn't. Whenever I launch the game, a new one is created.

So, my question is: how do you remove this blooming option completely?

    Thanks

I did not select the bloom effect for RSII and it has no effect on the game now. It's still there if I want to use it - I think it can 'make' better screen shots but for me it's too bright all the rest of the time.

I kept my RSII install away from my R:TW install so the bloom affect from RSII does not affect vanilla R:TW - not that I ever play it. Just copy the R:TW vanilla folder to a new folder and install a mod into that new folder.
