I know everyone is here for Hyrule: Total War, however now that it has its own subforum, I feel those that like this mod might be interested in my other projects (or excuses for those times it seems no progress gets done) that I've been working on. So here are my other games/animations I've been making.
I. Sigma
A Sci-Fi RTS set in space, players choose from a selection of vastly different races and unravel the mystery of the Sigma Relay and a series of genocides being committed by humanity.
Sigma is pretty much my child, and it's always been the biggest priority over everything, even HTW. I've really done my best to push all the races as far as possible to the point where each one feels like their gameplay is from completely different RTS's. I really hope when this game is published it puts Real Time Strategy back on the map and shows just what is possible in this genre.
II. Omni Oracle.
A movie/animation that follows a race of machines that discover a creature that defies all known laws of physics.
Omni Oracle was my first attempt at making a full length movie, and so far the first twenty minutes are on youtube. The next 10 minutes should be up shortly, I'm just waiting for the music score to be finished. Omni Oracle is not a huge priority, though I generally work on it for a solid month a few times a year.
III. Antibody
Antibody, my first commercial game for the PC, iPad, iPhone, and Android.
Antibody puts the player in the role of a mysterious single celled organism on its quest to find out why it was created. Along the way you'll destroy hordes of other single celled monstrosities that seem hellbent on eliminating you.
Antibody is a "Bullet Hell" shooter. Similar games include Gradius, Arrow Flash, R-Type, and Geometry Wars. You'll travel through scrolling levels as you absorb more powerful weapons, abilities, and ultimately destroy the creatures destined to kill you.
The free PC Demo here includes the first six levels of the game and unlimited lives for the sake of experimenting and seeing if people enjoy the game. If you enjoy bullet hell shooters you can expect to see this one for sale in the near future.
I'd love to hear feedback about these, since they are usually ignored or passed in favor of this mod.

I Like What I see, and Hopefully, when you're game is published, RTS games Will be put back on the map. The unfortunate reality is Nephalim, that At Least for now, the Majority of People simply do not want to invest the time required into becoming good at a real time strategy game, and since the market has become saturated with Casual Players, they lack the natural skill that most of us hardcore gamers have developed. It's a double whammy of dumbing down controls for the cawadooty/madden audience, and simplyfying the base gameplay, in an attempt to capture the attention span of immature College Types. I can't speak for anyone else, But I'll at least buy it when it's released (If it doesn't require a big time rig to run). It's Always good to see somone who has a vision for the industry, because right now, most developers are playing it safe.
As an Aside, I find it helps to perfect one's craft through Constructive Critisicm. As I was watching the video of Sigma I noticed that in relation to the scope and size of the map, the draw distance was a bit small. If at all possible, try to increase it. Also The Primary Light Source in the middle of the map looks like it's casting light that is clipping through the Geometry. otherwise I think the Game Looks stellar, how far are you along in Sigma?
Also, Is Omni Oracle Connected to Sigma in any way, or are they entirely different?
So, was that a battle inside a Dyson Sphere? Very interesting and spectacular (especially the rotating arms of the structure). You know I'm not generally into strategy games so any finer points of gameplay illustrated in the video are lost on me, but I like how different the various fleets were.
Only thing I'd suggest you to change... so much jingling! It's not a bad sound effect, but if it plays every time you select a unit I can see it getting on one's nerves.
As for Omni Oracle, the trailer was visually impressive but mostly left me confused as to what I'd just seen... perhaps that was the intention given the laws of physics-defying life form. Not to mention that this is a species that's alien to us dealing with something that's alien to both them and us, so I suppose it's only natural that it requires more time than a trailer can afford to illustrate itself.
It of course didn't help that English isn't my first language and therefore I had a hard time understanding the voices with distorsion effects applied to them over the music.
I wish I could give you more feedback, but that's all I've got. I can tell that this is the result of a lot of work and talent though

I haven't had much chance to see Sigma stuff but I liked what I saw so far. If I get time I will send you a list of things I think could be changed or need improving. I know I can be stern with them at times, but it is done purely to help you, rather than to be mean
@Omni
I haven't watched this yet as it is rendered at 480p on YouTube and it is the kind of thing that I'd want to watch in 720p or 1080p on my 40" tv, so I can fully appreciate it as a film/series. Are we going to see a higher resolution release of the video? If not, I'll have to cope with 480p but I'll watch it

Yes, it will be available at a higher resolution for download in full once it's complete.
Actually there kinds of is, In space regardless of the colors of things There would be very little light so other ships would only be visible by the absences of stars behind them. So FoW could theoretically be a realistic option in space.
We do like to think of space as being mostly empty, but there's an unfathomable amount of dust and gas in areas of space that combat would likely occur in between space faring civilizations, since logically there never would be a fight out in the middle of deep space even for a species that had the ability to travel to such regions. I should also note that almost all the maps in Sigma are very packed with celestial objects that would (and do) obstruct line of sight. I'm not a fan of empty space.
Can you fight AI in it or just online?
I still need to find a copy of Armada 2....
1) You can fight the AI
2) It does not require Armada 2, just the Fleet Ops Engine
3) I'd recommend waiting for the next version of Sigma anyway, the version available for download now is over a year old and full of my old ugly models.
Now that I've finally got the Army of Link Designs off my back, I sat down with every intention of trying out AntiBody... and I can't seem to.
I downloaded the exe, double clicked it, got to see the title screen after it was done loading but that's it. I clicked the "Play Demo" button with the pointer, tried hitting enter, z, x, the buttons on my joypad but nothing worked
Went and tried it out anyways not to bad, any ETA for when your next version up for download?
Some time shortly after the next Fleet Ops patch is out. I would have released it already but the next version requires a lot of features in the new FO patch.

Well that is thoughouly bizzare, I presume you tried both left and right clicking on Play Demo?
