Retinue Longbowmen in Early Campaign?

I can't see how to recruit Retinue Longbowmen or Yeoman Archers in the Stainless Steel 6.3 Early Campaign. I used cheats to quickly boost Nottingham up to Citadel with the highest level range building, and the best archer I could recruit was the 'Archer' unit which is much less impressive. Are Retinue Longbowmen and Yeoman Archers limited to the Late Era Campaign?

It's tied to events. Longbowmen are after ENGLISH_ARCHERS (turn 170-190). Yeoman Archers after new_era_begins (turn 200).
Events are why the high-level barracks feel empty at the beginning of the game.
I hope I got the correct units. Feel free to correct me.

Longbowmen are after ENGLISH_ARCHERS (turn 170-190).

In fact, you can get Longbowmen in the early era whenever you want, even before the heavy mail event which happens in turn 100 (year 1200); you can recruit them from the woodsman guild .

Disable RR and maybe you will be able to recruit those guys, I guess.
