    Default year limit for victory

    Hi,

    i would like to ask if there is a year limit to achieve the required number of settlements for victory?

    btw i am playing 2.1a with FGE

    To my knowledge there is no year limit. So you have all the time in the game to do what is needed.

    The campaign end date is written down in the descr_strat.

    end_date 853 summer
    So you have 317 years, or about 634 turns.

    BTW 853 AUC is 100 AD.

    But the game only ends if you conquer all the cities, other wise it just keeps going right?

    I think you lose if you play until that date.
    It's just that it is quite a long time, so you just never reach it.

    Most games end at most in the early 700 AUC, that's still over 200 turns left.
