Default Multiple Roman civil war : Da Hell ?

I was playing happily at my roman campaign in 0-turn. I got the first and second rebellion. No problem, I crushed it with ease. But then I got a 3rd, a 4th and 5th rebellion (always 20 turns after the end of the last rebellion). The governors still keep rebelling and this is very VERY annoying. Is there a way to fix ? Is this a problem with the script ?

It is killing the fun to play at Roma Surrectum...

I sacrificed him against a full sarmatian stack. I meant it is the other emperor who begin the rebellion.
