I may be slightly pre-empting things as it's not even been released yet, but as it's been promised to us today, I propose a King of Rivers and Hills hotseat!
Factions are as follows:
House Lannister, the Kingdom of the Rock -- Lord Valerius
House Gardener, the Kingdom of the Reach -- Complete Noob
House Stark, the Kingdom of the North -- Trot1217
House Hoare, the Kingdom of the Iron Isles -- xXAmonXx
House Arryn, the Kingdom of the Mountain and the Vale -- kiwibloke
House Hoare, the Kingdom of the Iron Isles -- xXAmonXx
House Baratheon/Stormkings, the Kingdom of the Stormlands -- Saichairí
House Bolton, the Kingdom of the Dreadfort -- Danscall
House Mudd, the Kingdom of Rivers and Hills -- Hopelessly Hopeless
House Yronwood, the Kingdom of the Dornish Mountains -- HannibalexMachina
House Martell, the Kingdom of Dorne -- martin616
I think all will agree that if the development team for the submod want a faction, they get it no questions asked? I'll provisionally shotgun Bolton though.
I think a Monday start would be best, to give us time to familiarise with the starting positions, and because I'm likely to be too hungover tomorrow!
Ok, for now play by these rules:
General
- PM the next player as you post your turn on the thread so the game moves as swiftly as possible.
- If you know you will miss your turn; nominate a sub and provide them with your password. I WILL NOT TAKE IT UPON MYSELF TO SUB FOR YOU. If you miss your turn and haven't nominated a sub, you'll be skipped.
- If you wish to alter, add to or delete from the list of rules; start a petition on the thread and we'll vote on it.
Gameplay
- No sailing from a blockaded port without first defeating the blockading ships.
- No sallying forth in a siege to deny your besieger the opportunity to sack your settlement.
- No razing buildings whilst you are under siege.
- Minimum of 4 units per fort.
- Post pictures of battle odds, and results - censorship is allowed (don't see why it wouldn't be!)
- Armies defeated by a player (b) that comes after the original player (a)'s turn cannot move next turn - Exception: Reinforcing armies in defense, when based on forts; even if defeated, they don't lose movement points, so player 'a' should be allowed to move the army that reinforced another while in a fort and was defeated by 'b'.
- [DELETED]Nobody can attack Lannister armies[/DELETED]
The admin has spoken.
Carry on.
