I don't understand your Question.Make it simplyer so peaple can understand and answer it.
Go into export_descr_units, search for "siege" (not "siege_missile"), and replace it with "blade" on the units you want to have available.

Incidentally, I mean to get all the reforms working for the next version (and with better conditions in some cases). I've come across quite a few bugs, some of which I can explain, others which I really can't (for instance, the script seems to refuse to detect miniregions for some strange reason!). But I will ensure they work...

Having said that, I've just discovered why... the script is case sensitive, and the internal names of the MiRs are without any capital letters at the start. Anyway, that's another stumbling block crossed![]()

The reforms will all be working in the next version. We are currently working to confirm that they all do work, and have done so for six of the nine reforms we have (the Marian reforms will be a challenge to test, but I mean to do so)
