Unit upgrades

I apologize if there is a similar thread (in that case delete this one).

I always wanted the option to fully upgrade some of my units but that was not easy to do, or it was almost impossible to do in previus games.

For example i have one city with blacksmith which gives bonus to armor, one city with bonus to shield, one city with bonus to experience..... My unit which i regruit in selected city only gets one bonus.

Option which i would like to add is to be able to upgrade units when i move them to selected city which has armor bonus for example, then move same units to the other city and pay for other upgrades (and keep the previous ones).

Any thoughts ?

It was in RTW 1, I don`t see why it would not be in R2TW

I want to see the differences graphically if they improve armour and weapons.
