Is it possible to see Massagetean's(Saka) faction in Rome 2?

Massageteans were scythian tribes. They are known as "eastern scyths".

Sorry about my english, but briefly to say, massageteans were great warriors. Actually, with some kind of matriarchy. There was massageteans princess - Tomyris, who fought with persian king Cyrus the Great and Darius I. And she cut off Cyrus head at massageteans-persians battle.

They will add extra pressure on Baktria and Parthia (and maybe even the seleucids)

If the map is expanded eastward, either these or some other Saka tribe will likely be featured in some fashion.

I'm no expert on them and only know about their strong confederation when Cyrus attacked them and fought them for years, but if they were still reasonably strong and important in the 3rd century BC, I'd like to see them in the game.

No, and before somebody brings it up again, they weren't Thracian either. They were Iranian just like most other tribes in Central Asia at that time. Though those among their descendants that remained in the area speak Turkic languages today. It's very likely that they passed down traditions and old stories even after adopting a different language.
