I need help! My game keeps crashing.

My Shogun 2 Game with the added FOTS and ROTS DLC's keeps crashing whenever i play the game in any gamemode. It freezes and goes into the desktop and it says AMD drivers stopped working and have been restored, and then once i go ingame its just a black screen so i have to restart the game in order to play.
I have tried updating and reinstalling my drivers but nothing has been succesfull, i am using Google chrome but i dont think it has any participation in my drivers crashing. My system specs are:

Intel core I5 2310i 2,9Ghz

Ive posted my Dxdiag but you need to approve it.

Try the WHQL graphics drivers than the Beta ones you have now.
Try updating the High Definition Audio codecs at www.realtek.com.tw as yours are already a year old and could be part of the problem.
Try updating your motherboard drivers at your motherboard/computer's website or www.intel.com or both.
Run Windows Update and install all software options.
Be sure your computer settings are for maximum power, not automatic, power saving, etc.
