Display Year instead of Number of Turns

Hi everyone!

I've recently purchased Medieval II and I noticed that unlike modern Total War games, the year is not shown near the "next turn" button. I searched everywhere for a mod that replaces the number of turns for the actual year the game is taking place. Unfortunately I couldn't find one so that's why I'm posting this thread. I actually don't like asking for mods before I can find the mod somewhere else.

I don't know if what I'm requesting is possible but I guess it is since I see people making new maps and factions.

It's very simple. You go to descr_strat and remove the line that says ''show_date_as_turns''.
