By order of the Senate and the Sacred Constitution of the Roman Republic, Censor Lucius Furius Philus has called for all male citizens of the Republic to meet at the Villa Publica, in the Campus Martius, to report their current assets and finances for the glory of Rome, as is required by the Constitution to be conducted every ten years. Failure to report to the Campus Martius will result in a minimum fine of five hundred Denarii. Any citizen who knowingly gives fraudulent information regarding his total assets will be fined ten percent of the difference of the wrongfully reported assets with a minimum fine of five hundred Denarii.
