By "sell" you mean they have those lands? But they don't. Those ownership of islands are always disputed, and if you just read the map and you can that there is no reason China should have them. It doesn't make sense to own some deserted islands so close to your neighbors and so distant to your main territory.

Those islands can go as long as no chinese lives on it.
