Proposal Guidelines
Disclaimer: These guidelines are not intended to be absolute, in that the decision as to whether or not a proposal qualifies for a forum will fall to the CRPG moderators and then to HEX. It is not the job or responsibility of the CRPG moderators to help in the development of your RPG or provide constructive feedback, the onus of development is entirely on the proposer. Following these guidelines will dramatically improve your chances and they are, for the most part, common sense.
- Prior to developing your RPG proposal you must inform all of the CRPG moderators that you intend to do so in either PM or VM. The content of the message should contain the name of the RPG and a basic pitch.
- All proposals must contain both an FAQ/Guide and advertising material for that RPG. The content of the latter can either be images or and simple paragraph.
- The proposal itself must focus more on the mechanics of the game than extrapolation on either the setting or the characters. The intent of a proposal is to demonstrate the "G" part of "RPG".
- Forum requests must include the intended title and sub-title of both main and sub-fora.
- All requested fora must have a specific and well outlined purpose in the context of your RPG proposal.
- Asking for several extraneous sub-fora will be frowned upon. An entire forum wasted on Registration is a good example of this.
- Fora which would contain boilerplate threads, those based on an established format that will be replicated by all players, should have examples of what those threads would look like and how they track player/game statistics included in their outline.
- Only the CRPG moderator and the proposer may post in the proposal thread, without exception.
- A full and updated list of LM's/Players should be maintained in the proposal thread.
CRPG Moderators:
- Raglan
- Severus Snape
- Okmin
- Dark Storm

Re: Proposal Guidelines
Proposal Process (with explanation):
Initial pitch via PM/VM to CRPG Moderators - Once this PM is received the pitch will be recorded in the Master List and a CRPG Moderator will be assigned to it.
Recruitment/Development - This is entirely handled by the proposer/players. For recruitment/development use the CRPG thread. Using a Social Group for development is recommended. Do not post a thread in the Consulate for the development of your RPG.
Proposal - The proposer creates a proposal thread and the CRPG Moderator assigned to that proposal begins a dialogue with the proposer.
Verification - Once the CRPG Moderator is satisfied that the proposal has merit the Administration is contacted by that Moderator.
Implementation - Should the Administration agree with the assessment of the CRPG Moderator the forum is then created by the Administration.
