Could you give a round-about ETA on release? I know exact day or even week may be tough to say even if you are close to getting to a stopping point you are happy with. But if no ETA can be given, can you at least say whether or not it will be over a month?
I'm getting a Empire TW itch again, so this definitely is on my radar.
Hello everyone,
We hope you enjoyed playing RotR 1.1. Now after playing (or before) let us know what you think.
But you may want to answer one or several of our following questions:
Is the new launcher easy to handle?
Do you like the soundtrack?
How does it feel to play the game?
What do you want to see in the future?
And can you post screenshots of your generals and admirals while playing with Hannover and GB?
Because we tried to make it possible to recruit historical persons with correct portraits and I want to see if that works for everyone.
Anyway feel free to post as you like. Everything is welcome!
Your,
IS-RotR 1.1 team

Fantastic news! Those units and everything is incredible! Will you implement battle gameplay changes and new CAI in this new release?
I've downloaded the new version and everything seems to be ok. Shame the relations and regions aren't corrected...yet
Great ANd yes relations will be corrected but this is a lot of (boring) work and time consuming, so there will be a patch containing corrected relations Otherwise the new version would not be released by now^^ And I think 4-5 years of waiting is enough
For the regions, they may be never corrected as the method by which you can do this (hybrid startpos) leads sadly to more unstable startpos.esf files which results in more crashes.
For regions I mean the owners of regions, like Poland not having Belarus.
Do you need to have Imperial Splendor installed before using the installer for IS: RotR?
No RotR 1.1 is a stand alone, just follow the steps as explained in this thread.
the new units of sweden have no banner bearer, zorry for my english
greetings from Chile
Quintus & Pikestance I just want to thank you for this heavenly gift you brought to the community and we all really treasure modding heroes such as yourselves. Is it possible to enable forts, because their were still many forts in the North American theater of war??
CTD in turn 19 (netherlands)
It took 5 years but everyday waiting was worth it, the IS entire team has made the most brilliant mod I have played for my favorite century!! It is more than enough consolation regarding the bizarre step that CA decided to do in choosing a Chinese campaign in the 2nd century that no one cares about! The campaign city models are amazing, please in future releases make more! All the historical portraits are breath taking it really immerses you in the period, along with the sound track. Getting a CTD around turn 20 playing with Hanover during the AI turns.
On turn 18 playing with Hanover getting a crash to desk top during AI's turn the error message say "Runtime Error! -pure virtual function call. Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library Do you know why this might be?
