    House Frey of the Crossing



    Westeros: Total War proudly presents an up-to-date preview of House Frey. House Frey is, perhaps, the most challenging faction to play with in W:TW 1.0, starting with just two provinces and a small roster.

    Units by Murfmurf apart from the Household Guard, made by HannibalExMachina.

    NB: As ever, these previews do not neccessarily display a finished product, and parts of these units may be changed prior to release. Also, the Knights' horses are WIP
    *(generic) denotes that the unit is generic for Southron factions (ie, everyone but Greyjoy, Stark and Martell). All these factions will have these units with no model alerations, but different skins.

    Compare them to the old freys- http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=376399 And you will see how much they have been improved, imho. We try to make every faction look up-to-date!

    Wow this preview completely outshines the old preview.

    I am interested to find out how the family tree is incorporated in the mod.

    Now if I'm correct, I keep seeing that the Freys are going to have their massive family tree in this, or at least a massive amount of generals?

    Cheap and ineffective with short range: Archer levy

    Expensive and effective with long range: Longbowmen

    Expensive and effective with high attack but also high reload times: Crossbowmen

    Fixed even further?

    Household Guard are such an eye candy. Guards of the Crossing are from RW too.
    The only unit that is missing are those crossbowmen dressed in players

    oh man, why you do that? just release the mod,no more previews. how can i continue mu current campaign after that? nice work guys and congrats to the team. what means WIP (refered to the horses)?
