Dismounted cavalry/generals fighting spearmen...

Do spears get the bonus attack when fighting dismounted cavalry/generals? Always wondered about this.

No the cavalry bonus is not included when fighting against dismounted cavalry units. I always use this tactic with my Naginata warrior monk cavalry. Whenever I see a Yari Ki/Cav get near me I dismount my monk cav. It works extremely well for Naginata cav making them very versatile imo.
