Default From a deployed soldier, with thanks

Well, I am now in Kuwait and faced with the fact that my internet will never download above 5kb/s, be able to play anything remotely resembling an online game, or do anything but post on forums. This mod, after reading as much as I could about it, will probably be the only thing that maintains my sanity. While I have played the vanilla game into the dust, I have not touched mods at all and I am quite excited about having a new start with my favorite game. I am currently working on finding someone state-side download this mod onto a flashdrive and mail it to me, and can't wait to finally have something to do. As my first post finally on TW, I just wanted to send a message of thanks for myself and a few others who have desperately been looking for something to keep us busy.

Yeah man, it is extremely engrossing and has a decent amount of replayability. By the time you get bored of it, there will either be a new version, a new submod or (with any luck) the Mount and Blade mod will be out! Enjoy.

Every faction has its own charm. Even within the Empire factions the game will play slightly different. This mod rocks! God Bless you! Hope you will get back home in safety!

Firstly, welcome to the forums and thank you so much for expressing your thoughts on this mod. It means a lot to know that there are people enjoy the mod team's hard efforts.

    +rep for that

Secondly, I'd like to wish you the best of luck where you're deployed and I wish you a safe trip home when you can go back.

    Best of luck, to you
