. Sliders would enable players to adjust the battle speed according to their taste. Personally I think M2TW was the best speedwise, S2TW fighting was at lightning speed & it took me some time to adjust to it. I would appreciate if they bring slower fighting & moving speed so I can think & play accordingly as the battle progresses.

Personally I do not want to spend all day waiting for two armies to reach each other.
And combat should also not take too long. Hand to hand combat is very tiring. I would find it less believable if men hacked away each other for ten minutes not achieving anything and not getting tired.
I also have no real need to zoom in and watch men disembowel each other.
Lol what? I think there's too much fighting.
Come on, in RL the realistic casualty rates for a losing army would be around 30%... in TW games the WINNING army frequently takes those losses and the losing army is basically anihilated. It's annoying and unrealistic to lose a good chunk of your army even when you win.
Units should rout faster.
I want less kills, slower battles, more fighting, less kills, longer engagement,I want the battles to last longer while killing less men. Im saying a full stack vs full stack army in tw should not last 2 min battle regardless of causalities. I said they do die to fast, in 2 min half your army is dead the other half running.
Routing units should move faster too, considering they run for their lives and would drop shields, weapons etc. It was extremely unrealistic when you could pretty much hunt down and kill all of your opponent's army if you had enough cavalry units.

Units should rout faster? Did you ever play vanilla Shogun 2? Fights were over in lightning quick time - until the modders intervened!
They could do that back in Medieval 1?
I agree - it looks daft to see ten horses making two hundred spearmen run for their lives. In such occasions, they should turn and cut you down.

How do you mod kill rates across the board anyone know?could you do this for rome? or do you have to do it individually?.
Did anyone watch the siege of cartage battle? the infantry run as fast as Calvary should.
