Changing the weather

I've no idea if this is even possible, but I figured that it was worth a try. Is there any way to get rid of certain weather types, maybe by deleting the associated files in the game folder? I ask because I'm sick of having to fight battles in heavy fog: I can't enjoy RTS games if I can't see what's actually happening. It'd be great if I could just get rid of fog/rain (especially fog) and always have nice clear weather. Is this possible?

I've never messed with the weather so I don't really know, but you know you can hit the Wait button before deployment up to 3 times until you get favorable weather. That's only if you're attacking though. If you always fight defensive battles then that won't work.

I understand your frustration, but TW games (and SS especially) are supposed to aim for realism and armies sometimes had to fight in bad weather too. I think it's fun to have a different battle experience from time to time (night battles, rain, fog and so on...). And like said, if you're attacking you can always choose to wait for clearer wiev (this is realistic too, no one likes to fight in uncertain conditions and if you can pick the moment you attack, then you of course choose a favourable weather)
