    Default Gaius Claudius Nero

    Gaius Claudius Nero

For centuries the Claudii Neri have been ridiculed. Beaten into the dust by the patricians around them, no Claudius has sat in the curule chair for 280 years. Years of just barely being able to afford staying in the Senate has led Gaius' father, Tiberius, to commit suicide. At the young age of 21, Gaius only has a small home on the Quirinal hill, but has a passion that can engulf the known world.

With the death of his father, his mother, Hortensia, is an emotional wreck, only a shell of the women she once was, staying completely silent, locked in her room, leaving only to eat. Gaius also has a younger brother, minor by two years, who helps him around the house.

Thanks, was pretty busy this past year (HS Junior) so I took a break, forgot about the game, and saw the forum announcement. I thought, hey, why not? All I have to do now is figure out where what's going on.

Well, the Gauls are revolting (that's being put down by LM), the Dacians are sort of invading (I'm over in Thrace negotiating), and we're at war with Pontus (Rhapture's over there and outnumbered).

Meanwhile in Rome, the tribune's causing some chaos in the Senate, and the 84 BCE term starts tomorrow.

I guess I'm all caught up now! Looks like there's plenty of problems in Rome today.
