Felix Tacitus Sicinius
Of Plebeian origins, the Sicininii have risen to wealth only recently, due to Tacitus' father's luck of finding iron and gold deposits in what was sold to him as a small quarry south of Rome, when Tacitus was but a small child. When of age, Tacitus went into the Roman Legions. Like so many others he served, he was just a soldier at the pawn of men born into higher roles within the military. Seen as nothing but the flaunting of wealth by most of the Patricians, the Sicinii have had to struggle to find their way into the Roman high society, and even more to secure a place in the Senate of the Republic. Such rejection has turned Sicinius into a strong populist and a firm hater of higher class, and shall certainly affect the way he wishes Roman politics to turn.
