How to Uninstall?

I've looked everywhere for instructions how do you uninstall Roma Surrectum 2?

You can't uninstall RSII per se.
The quickest way is to simply delete the folder in which it is installed.

if you delete the folder, can you reinstall it later? i have steam version, and i want o make sure that i don't permanently delete the vanilla rtw files.

DOesn't RS2 replace some of the vanilla files? If it does, then you can't just uninstall it because the vanilla files that RS2 replaced would be missing. Just delete the folder and reinstall vanilla through steam.

Anyway, in case you have a dailup/download limit u could just delete all the obvious folders from your RTW directory and then let Steam repair (right click validate) your install. Easy way would be to extract the content of the RS 2 installer into a temporarily folder and compare the contents with your RTW install folder.

I still don't recommend uninstalling RS2 though, because that would mean u can no longer play RS2! ^^

The suggested method of installing RSII is to take a copy of a working vanilla R:TW folder and install the game on the copy.

To remove RSII all you need to do is to delete that copy folder.

This will leave vanilla R:TW installed on your PC and to reinstall RSII (or any R:TW mod) all you need to do is take a copy of the folder and install into that.

If you've not done this then you need to unistall R:TW and remove all traces of it from your PC - including the windows regsitry.
