Yes what I think now as well. Still as it is based on in-game, even if edited quite a bit, it looks really nice already and makes me feel warm and happy

Every TW title has been preceded by a handful of promotional shots, generally shots that were not achievable in the final release or included elements that were scrapped before the release. RTW for instance had shots of huge armies and units as well as soldiers with movable mouths. I wouldn't put to much stock in the handful of shots we've seen so far.

Are those archery tower in the city battle picture in the middle of city? I can see some units on the roof and towers. In Rome Total, there wasnt chance go to roof and havent towers in middle of city.

What are your ideas on the trailer? I think the old man and the young man on the steps of the Senate building are Cicero and Octavian. That guy had a typical Octavian look there

alpha or pre alphabuild? realtime and somewhat phtoshoped edited maybe...not importante! I love the look of it. Hopefully guy who mentioned carthago is right, at least that there will be uniik settlments like rome ofcourse, carthago etc oohh and for love of God make it modding friendly! Oh I havent been so hyped about TW series since first shogun and Rome Hope there will be playable Illyrian tribe this time

The trailer was cool as publicity, but I still feel it's kinda preferable for a game to be a trait of the actual game running with the graphics.

Still I can understand Rome II it's on its early stages of developtment, maybe they show another trailer later.
