    Default Favourite units

Hey there, I thought it would be time for a new poll about our beloved RTR VII This time I ask you after your absolute favourite units! Which are the best designed, best looking units or which are the strongest or those who you prefer to train and use?
In the poll I could only choose a certain number of options, so just state your opinion here if you don't find your favourite RTR uni in my poll So let's discuss who's the best- elephants, hoplites legionaries or who ever YOU like the most
"Pompeius, after having finished the war against Mithridates, when he went to call at the house of Poseidonios, the famous teacher of philosophy, forbade the lictor to knock at the door, as was the usual custom, and he, to whom both the eastern and the western world had yielded submission, ordered the fasces to be lowered before the door of science."

Yeah, Liby-Phoenicians are kickass. Haven't played the new patch yet, but I don't think (and hope so!) that they haven't been nerfed.
Linky linky to my last.fm profile! Clicky clicky! If you like anything that ranges from breakbeat to downtempo/chillout, from house to drum & bass, you might find something new in between! (Artist suggestions are more than welcome )

Spartan Perioikoi for sure. For the cost, this unit is tough to beat. It has a full upgrade tree and just wins against most other hoplite equivalents out there. These guys have carried me through some amazing battles. They aren't as good as most of the Elite units, but for a non-elite they are rock hard.

I voted for the normal Polis Hoplitai myself, they might be nothing special, but they look great in RTR VII, are relatively cheap and strong enough to beat almost every cavalry unit
