    Icon10 crusades script

im thinking if ist possibly of course, to create somethink like a script that call crusades i mean, that the early campaign start in 1090 with no crusades states factions and when 1095 come the pope call a crusade to jerusalem like the real life, and if some cristian faction caputred it inmediatly at the next turn call a jihad to recaptured it, same in the year of 1145 with the second crusade to edessa and if some cristian faction capture it call inmediatly to a jihad to recaptured it, and the same in 1187 with the third crusade to jerusalem, and when this crusade capture jerusalem the script end and we can call crusades where we want, this only will affect to the early campaign, because sometimes in early campaign the pope call crusades to el cairo, or tunis, or constantinople and i dont like that and its not historically correct not in the fisrt 3 crusades, and other think is to add more regions in holy land like tiro, ascalon, jaffa, krak des chevalries, and others to make the holy land a interesting place to invade this make the campaign map more interesting in europe and holy land....

pd: if isnt possibli add this think at least add more regions, sorry about my poor english...

Adding more regions isn't possible because there's a certain limit to it which is already reached in SS 6.4.

I'm not sure about the script, I think it's possible but I suppose the mod team doesn't fancy to take out the crusader states
"Pompeius, after having finished the war against Mithridates, when he went to call at the house of Poseidonios, the famous teacher of philosophy, forbade the lictor to knock at the door, as was the usual custom, and he, to whom both the eastern and the western world had yielded submission, ordered the fasces to be lowered before the door of science."

In fact, as you'll find out when playing as Lithuania or the Fatimids, the Pope calls quite enough crusades on his own.

Would it be possible to remove Cairo as a potential Crusade target so there isn't inevitably one there every time? It's not like there ever was one...

You mean late era? Couldn't you avoid it ordering a crusade?

Also sometimes if the Jerusalem Jihad works fast it is the first target.

There was a crusade led on Cairo actually: The French led one in 1249, it was a huge failure. Might've been the seventh crusade.
