After our little RP at Winterfell me and Bonez are RP'ing our journey to Castle Black. Please 'stumble' upon us and create some scenarios - it doesn't have to be your mine character, just invent some up. ;-)

A journey to Castle Black

Maester Celestiyn shivered slightly as he fastened his chest onto the horse Lord Stark had kindly provided for him. Looking around he saw similar sights, the men Lord Stark had provided were mounting up and saying their farewells before the journey up to the Wall. Benjen Stark walked over, putting on some gloves, and waved his hand in greeting. "Morning, my Lord Stark. How are we this morning?" The Maester said cheerfully, using one of his hands to grab hold of the horses reins.

[Bonez]

I forgot to tell you the night before, but I am not a Stark Maester. I'm a Snow. And the morning is a fine one.

Benjen replies.

So we have something else in common...

"Did you know son, that when we Maesters forge our chains we forsake any allegiance, names, and titles we may posses in order to better serve the realm?" Maester Celestiyn said, "But before I did all that I too was a Snow - we are the best ones," he finished, grinning from cheek to cheek. With that he turned away from Benjen and mounted his horse with a heave. Once he was up he faced back down to Benjen, smiling as he said, "I think it is time we depart Benjen, the Wall is a long journey."

Yes, a journey long and worthwhile.

Benjen replied, not the most talkative in the morning.
