Restore Wissenland or any Empire Faktion ! BUT HOW ?

In my Ostland Campaign Wissenland fell to heresy and was subsequently destroyed by a combination of me and one settlement got took by the Dwarfs.

About 5 turns later, as I had conquered all Former-Wissenland except that one Settlement.
A message popped up telling me I could restore Wissenland, so I decided to agree, but nothing happened.
How can I do it ?
I cant take the last one from the Dwarfs ?
I cant talk with no Wissenländer ?
Is there nothing I could do ? What did the craters of this great idea had in mind ?

If it's a case that the dwarf controlled region is causing the problem then you could buy it off them. Other then that i can't really be of help.

Problem is that the Dwarves can be pretty damn greedy.

3-4 other settlements and 100k florins yet still no o.O

I tested it they want 250 000 for one settlement...thats just stupid. Its allmost impossible to trade settlements with whatever faction. I cant sell/buy/trade them. Only give em away or go in war with everyone the diplosystem is broken But why ?

sorry to rain on your parade, but I read somewhere that the chaos wastes are almost impossible to conquer since Chaos armies spawn there constantly

But i recently bought Karak Varn from the Border Princes? I believe it was for 1900 for 4 turns which isn't really a lot.

We will see my army is allmost as strong as theirs when the storm began....and its getting bigger and bigger...hähähä

Well if you own the rest of the Old World i think you'll be able to take them Also the Storm of Chaos starts once the factions of Chaos are into Chaos Undivided? Is this done when they conquer each other or is there a turn limit (that is it occurs in turn X regardless)?

If you play as a chaos faction you must conquer the wastes and destroy the other chaos factions. If you play as any other faction it happens around turn 60

u get a cool vid in what it says Archaon is coming and all chaos get undivided, also I think more stacks spawn ? Whatever the point is the faction is then the biggest,richest and most powerfull faction. I had it at turn mhh...60-70 I think, the point is that my faction was allmost as big,rich and powerfull es theirs at that time...
