Can you change the unit type size midgame?

Title says it all.

Can you actually change the unit ype size (i want it from normal to huge) in midgame?
I started my AS campaign with normal unit size, but i got a really good computer last summer, so i think it will be nicer if i could continue my campaign with the huge unit size.

No, you can't. But couldn't you change UNIT_SIZE in the preferences?

I think I did that once. All the existing units kept their number but the newly created units were bigger. I didn't play it long, though, so I can't guarantee that it wouldn't crash after a few turns.
