Lives in a large villa near one of the seven hills of Rome. Marcus Gracchus is the first of three brothers and descendant of Scipio Africanus and the Gracchi Brothers. The two Gracchi brothers fought for the rights of Plebeians and tried to decrease the power of the Nobiles. However doesn't Marcus pursue this dream of his ancestors but instead seeks to increase his personal wealth. His two brothers live in Capua where they have their own residents and merchant fleets. Gracchus' father recently passed away leaving all his slaves and farms to his eldest son. His two younger sons inherited the merchant fleet the Gracchus family had in the eastern Mediterranean. With this starting wealth he decides to make a name for himself in the republic

You should read the economics section of the rules first

Slaves are 200 each, and each slave gives you 25 farm income. Small farms cost 1000 each, and you need two to buy a large farm (costs 2000). Also you have no upkeep, since that only applies to legions and cavalry.

Well brothels are not in the rules, so while you can RP you owning them and going there, you can't claim income from it. I guess you could buy a cheap housing building and RP it as a brothel, but the income is a random roll 50-2000 i believe. Also costs 6000 to buy.
you have to buy 2 small farms before you can buy 1 large farm, and as slaves cost 200 each, buying 200 is 40,000 denarii.
