First Mithridatic war
Marcus Gracchus had placed his finger upon the map. Now it was the point of no return. If he wanted to prove himself capable of war this was the moment. Cornelius Sulla, Commander of the army, Hero of the Social War and former consul of Rome glared at him. "Gracchus, care to explain your plan a bit more?"
"Of course sir, since we are outnumbered ten to one i propose we build up a wall and let Archelaus throw his men at us. He would be throwing water at rocks."
Sulla sighed. And Marcus realized his mistake.
Sulla said: " We do not have the time for ambitious projects. Archelaus would let us build walls as much as he would give us his daughters virginity, From now on you can only speak when it's wise and not filled with foolishness."

Re: First Mithridatic war
Sulla doesn't exist. Anyway, the war hasn't started yet and Gracchus hasn't gotten permission from the senate to lead it.
