CTD - unspecified error (repeatable, avoidable, for DEVs)

hello,

i totally at random found bug that causes unsepcified M2TW error. it happened to me when i was attacking rebel brigands... so INFO:

SS 6.4
Campiagn: Early Era
Options: Savage AI, BGRIV, Permanent Watchtowers, Longer Assimilation

playing as Byzantine Empire, i am attacking rebel forces near Scopia, with my own 2 stacks (becouse infantry could only go to them, so i split them from cavalry and attacked with cavalry... )

REBELS: Captain Mátyás (4 units, outside the castle), Captain Bánk (4 units, inside the castle, cannot flee(why?))
BYZANTIUM: Symbasileus Ionassis with reinforcement Captain

my heir attacks on the Captain outside of the castle, and at battle deployment infographics, this CTD can be caused.

A.) you can show info about any army now. but when you select night fight battle and unselect it again, clicking right button on Captain Bánk will cause a CTD
B.) same as above, but when you right click on Mátyás before Bánk, no CTD happens.

this can be repeated as many times as you want, it will happen after game restart, it will happen everytime you click and unclick night fight and then right click on Bánk. do it anywhere in the process of random clicking, and it will CTD.

i am writing it here so maybe it could help DEVs localize some possible bugs inside their scripts, cos it not look as engine's istake for me (but me n00b moder so ). save files before battle and at battle deployment infographics are included. sorry for logs, not enabled, but i am sure you will be able to reproduce the bug same way.
