Like Eb mod, probably the best
just wanted to ask, how to get those marian reforms?
im in 157 BC and have 81 region, so i wanted to know when i can get reforms...
is there any special conditions for that?
i only had those reforms, that adds some new recruitments for eastern factions, not rome
