Trouble with Installing 6.0 to 6.1 Patch

Before you ask yes I do have SS 6.4, I just wanted to have 6.1 as well to relive old memories.

I downloaded the first torrent option (gameupdates.org) and proceeded to install both parts of 6.0 as well as the 6.1 patch. When I load up the game, however, the game is 6.0. I have my UAC turned down as low as it can go and have been running everything in administrator, so I am not sure what could be causing this issue. I made a copy of M2:TW to put 6.0 and 6.1 in, since I believe that one of the two edited a few of the vanilla files files back in the day.

TBH, I don't believe you can tell its 6.1, it still says 6.0, however in the 6.1 patch there are sub mods. Select one of them fire up a campaign and you will soon find out. Don't forget you need the Pirate Bug Fix

Well the way I have been testing it is to check and see if Scotland has the Scots Guard in custom battles, and so far they haven't. Thank you for the help by the way.

I believe BGR2 is a sub mod, switch it on, fire a campaign you will soon know as in the trait area, you have the %army supplies.
