ok i tried to listen to virgin radio online but when i load up the page it says can not create direct show player

What are you using to listen to it? Can we have a link to the page?

well they have a help section but i dont think it applies to your problem.

Anyway i assume youre clikcing "listen now" and then get that error..

The only thing i can suggest after a quick google of the error is to make sure you have the latest verison of MediaPlayer installed on your computer. If you already do, ive read that people with this error uninstall their current copy of mediaplayer and reinstall it.
