    so question:
1- what do i need to improve in my computer, ram, graphics card or what?

Not sure what your graphics card is from that list? a 210?

that's what u need to oc gpu and monitor fps.

ocing your cpu would help as well (need an aftermarket cooler).

    p.s ram is fine.

    To check fps, try FRAPS.

Unfortunately for you that is far from a "mega computer". If that GPU is a Geforce 210 then it is only about as powerful as the integrated graphics on modern CPUs. It was released as an entry level card 3-4 years ago from what I remember.

Your CPU is ok, although with Shogun being so demanding it certainly wouldn't hurt to overclock it. A new graphics card is going to be by far the most important part out of the three you mentioned. But I can't suggest one without more details on what your budget is and what your power supply is.

Bear in mind that I have a GTX 560ti paired with an i5-2500k, both heavily overclocked, running the game at the same resolution as you and my computer still wont mange the most demanding sections of the game without some slowdown on ultra settings.

well it's pretty straightforward. buy an aftermarket cooler when you get a new gpu. take apart pc...put some paste on cpu..install heatsink+fans....rebuild pc...install os+latest bios....research ocing your cpu (loads of guides online+vids)...oc cpu in bios...stress test...install afterburner...whack fan speed up on gpu and maybe try to oc a little.

that's more or less what you need to do get the most fps out of your setup.

if you live in a hot country even more reason to replace stock fans with better ones.

saving that choose a better gpu...but we'll need to know your psu size/wattage and your budget.

I second this advice. Even if you don't want to OC, getting a good aftermarket cooler can help increase your CPU/Mobo's lifespan if you live in hot area.
Steam exclusive distribution is not unethical because the entire video gaming hobby is purely voluntary. Nobody is forcing you to use Steam because nobody is forcing you to buy and play Steam exclusive games.

If you are really coerced to play video games against your will, contact your local law enforcement agency for help.

Before you buy anything make sure you disable soft shadows and SSAO (or whatever it is), everything else on ultra except AA and that other x2/x4/x8/... thing (try them at x2 then x4 until you are happy). My game plays like a breeze like that and I have an i5 same as you but an ATI 5850 card, the game looks incredible and runs like a dream especially after the FotS patch

Get a better graphics card and since your CPU/Mobo isn't the easiest to overclock and you probably don't spend too much time fiddling around with computer hardware/BIOS settings I would recommend not to overclock your computer.

    If you
    - can tell us your maximum budget for a graphics card
    - the specifications (wattage and brand) of your power supply
    - other games you play
we can probably give you some recommendations.

I have dual Nvidia GT 630 4GB Dual and I can run ultra.

    But I also have Core i7-3770k @ 3.50 GHz.

    I don't get 60+ FPS, it's more like 50-45, but it works.
