Invisable Soldiers on the Map

Alright now I looked maybe searched for the wrong thing but randomly today all my soldiers vanished on the map, their shadows are still there but well all the little pawns are gone. Anyone know a way to go about fixing this in a perhaps simple manner, or should i just reinstall and hope it doesn't happen again?

oh should add using SS 6.4 with no other mods.

All else fails i'll just reinstall is an annoying thing though let me tell ya.

Blah So the missing soldier pawns happened once more, Its just their shadow that shows up and the flag. But the pawn soldier is just missing completely. Any thoughts?

Notes: Attempted Fix: Pulled save files out of Ss, reinstalled stainless steel 6.3, 6.4, Placed save files back in game folder, restarted game.
Result: Still no soldiers on the main map.

Another note seems to only happen when playing the crusader states.

You're missing some texture files then.

Try searching the forums for "invisible unit" or "silver surfer".

Found a work around it wasn't a texture file. Just a glitch it would appear. It seems one way to go about fixing this issue is to simply drag your king out of its keep. Presto all the pawns returned.

So for those who might eventually have invisible pawns on the main map, try pulling your king out onto land for a second. Works on my end at least for whatever reason.
