If your Photoshop is acting up then:
Hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift keys together whilst you start your Photoshop. You will then get a dialog box asking if you want to delete your preferences file. Select yes. Doing so will reset it to the factory default settings. That might fix anything if PS is being idiotic.
If your problem is GPU related due to driver updates then:
Disable Open GL drawing option in your PS and start it again. That often fixes any conflicts due to driver bugs and wait for the right driver version which fixes this issue.
