Help with a unit ability

I've seen a topic like this before, but I don't feel like dredging through thousands of topics for hours, especially when I'm using imprecise wording. Basically what I'm looking for is how can I make it so that a unit of soldiers won't wait for every last of them to get into position before shooting, they'll immediately open fire as soon as they arrive? I'm more than competent with .pack files and their editing, I just need someone to point me in the right direction.

Some groupanimations are inside the empire.exe, like also the square formation for infantry.

I'm not to sure what you mean. From what I remember, I need to mod a stat in unit_stats_land in the db pack, but I'm unsure of which one. I was just inquiring in case anyone knew. I am asking for modding help, though, so I'm not sure why your telling me that this is a 'restricted' forum.

I think he means the file needed to modify is restricted to us. The information you need is in a file that cannot be altered.
