Apparently from a issue of next months PC PowerPlay magazine. Though the models look dated, could an announcement be around the corner?

That picture is from RTW...
Things I trust more than American conservatives:
Drinks from Bill Cosby, Flint Michigan tap water, Plane rides from Al Qaeda, Anything on the menu at Chipotle, Medical procedures from Mengele
OPEN BATTLEFIELD CAPTURE POINTS AND IMPACT PUFFS HAVE GOT TO GO!
REVERT INFANTRY THROWING PILAE TO ROME TW'S SYSTEM AS IT WAS PERFECT!
Mobo: GA-P35-S3, CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 2.66Ghz, GPU: AMD HD 6850 1GB, RAM: 4.Gb Corsair DDR2, Sound: Audigy 4, O/S: Windows 7 64bit Home Premium
So a back water PC magazine from Australia scoops PC Gamer and other mainstream PC magazines on Rome II. Probably speculation on their part to drum up sales of their next issue.

Yeah that's RTW.
How did you come across this ''scoop''?
that would be really cheap from CA if they just renamed the game and then charge 50 euro for it :p
That is RTW. And CA isn't announcing anything until early July.
The II in the middle is obviously photoshoped or whatever you wish to call it, someone is just playing with people as they know that there are high expetations for Rome II from people. It is, but there's a giant 'II' in the middle - Rome (II) Total War. If not, if they are playing games, then that's false advertising - would a magazine really risk the possible trouble that would come with doing that?
And CA wouldn't surely make a background like that. I would be milion times better.
anyone who played at least 10 seconds RTW would know that that image is RTW, and not a picture from a possible R2TW, lol ...
Înfrânt nu eşti atunci când sângeri,
nici ochii când în lacrimi ţi-s.
Adevăratele înfrângeri,
sunt renunţările la vis.
As for the pic - on the bottom right, it says "July 18". Which obviously makes it an American magazine, because a British one would say "18 July".
So how would an American magazine get the first news about a British-made game?
Furthermore, even if they knew about it, why would they blow it out of the water two weeks before CA announces it at Rezzed?
And third, how do we even know this magazine is from this year? If it's from 2011, you certainly know it's incorrect.
Will everyone just CALM DOWN about this already?
My post from another thread.
when the union's inspiration through the worker's blood shall run,
there can be no power greater anywhere beneath the sun,
yet what force on earth is weaker than the feeble strength of one?
but the union makes us strong.
PC PowerPlay is Australian.
The funny thing is they did the same thing with Shogun 2 announcement.
The prophecy is fulfilled, I was not wrong, the second coming has been delayed in order for this game to be released.

Please discuss this in our forum dedicated to the new game.![]()
