Okay i got the strict religion trait and it says it gives me an near unlimited priest production capabilities, is there really an unlimited amount? I'm Poland and I'm sending them into Lithuania to try and cause disorder in their lands.

can't help you with the trait issue as I never encountered it, but I'm telling that it's not worth the effort to create a priest army and go into enemy lands to cause religious unrest; the AI has a massive conversion bonus so he can counter, for example, your 20 priests with just 1 priestyou will never manage to rebel this settlements via sabotaging buildings, religious unrest etc. ; just conquer the settlements with armies

Still priest armies are recomendable for other reasons, namely avoiding red public order after occupying/sacking to follow the campaign fast.
^Also, if you keep a priest army grouped together in one region, they will all gain piety traits extremely fast. It's a good way to get loads of priests with extremely high piety so you can take over most of the cardinal spots.
In 3 of the Liths. providences they have over 50% catholic does that cause some type of rebellion at all and the pope keeps calling crusades on Lithuania's capital (crusade #3 now they just take a settlement near by the capital and stop)
First of all good tactic, getting priest in to Lithuania is a smart idea seems as Lithuania was Pagan then, good for starting a Rebellion. As for the unlimited priest thing I would just go with the flo, if it says that then it is that, sorry if this has not been helpful.
